模記齒輪工業有限公司為了提升一般齒輪的加工精度與速度，於2005年引進美國Gleason公司新型機器，Hobbing Machine P60以及P90G CNC高速滾齒機，正式步入高速度、高精度生產行業。
P60、P90G可加工各種精密電極、標準齒輪、蝸輪、蝸桿及各種特殊齒輪，除了效率高、精度高，其高角度的旋轉度可做任何高角度，無限螺旋角度之螺旋齒輪及蝸桿，並可做硬式切削及研磨齒輪，尤其在粉末冶金之上、下沖硬化後之齒型研磨，可提高模具精度，延長使用期限，為客戶做最好的品質服務。
李垂濱先生，曾任12年新竹工業技術研究院齒輪設計製造生產專業技師，在任期內曾被院內派往美國Gleason公司技術受訓，集學術、技術於一身，堪稱國內齒輪界國寶級人物。
舉凡圓柱齒輪、傘齒輪、蝸輪及各種特殊齒輪機械設計皆有多年豐富經驗，勇於接受特殊齒輪設計加工的挑戰，協助解決任何齒輪方面的疑難雜症。

傘齒電極採用Gleason 710，切齒後確實做到齒輪接觸檢測，能使產品達到良好狀態。
齒輪的主要切削製造程序為原料à鍛胚à粗切削à熱處理à精切削à研 磨。其程序複雜且費時，無論在粗切削、精切削、研磨時以成形法來製造必須一齒一齒往複式銑削，齒數越多越費時，對於精度的要求高，成本當然高。鍛造為以高 壓一次成形，在時間上就相當節省；在材料的強度上，鍛造品在抗彎強度和衝擊強度的實驗證明下都比切削品高，如以精密鍛造齒輪的技術來製成，可在製成上大量 的節省成本及時間，提升產業的競爭力。
