Acerinox is known as the one of the most competitive groups in the world of stainless steel manufacturing with 6715 employees.
In production capacity, Acerinox is the first producer, with a melting output of 3.5 million Mt. It is formed by flat product mills, long product mills and cold rolled mill fully integrated production sites:
a) Acerinox Europa, (Spain, established in 1970), the first one in producing more than one million tons per year,
b) North American Stainless, N.A.S. (Kentucky, USA, established in 1990), Stainless steel flat products fully integrated production process factory and long product factory.
c) Columbus Stainless (Middelburg, established in 1966) only producer of stainless steel flat products in South Africa.
d) Bahru Stainless, SDN. BHD. (Johor Malaysia, established in 2009) it's a stainless steel integrated mill for Cold rolled and hot rolled flat products.
e) Roldan, S.A. (Ponferrada, Spain), the very modern long products factory
f) Inoxfil, S.A. (Igualada, Spain), leading international companies in terms of competitiveness of their stainless steel wire production.
