HY3015 is a PWM power LED driver IC. The driving current is from few milliamps up to 1.5A. It allows high brightness power LED operating at high efficiency from 5Vdc to 40Vdc. Up to 180 KHz external controlled operation frequency. External current sense resistor controlled the maximum output current to LED(s).

Description
HY7700 is a PWM high-efficiency LED driver controller IC. It allows efficient operation of High Brightness （HB） LED(s) from voltage sources ranging from 9VDC up to 450VDC. HY7700 controls an external MOSFET at variable switching frequency up to 300 kHz. The constant off-time can be programmed using a single resistor. The LED string is driven at constant current ratherthan constant voltage, thus providing constant light output and enhanced reliability. The output current can be programmed between a few milliamps and up to more than 1.0A

HY5171 is a 280kHz switching regulators with a high efficiency, 1.5A integrated switch. These parts operate over a wide input voltage range, from 2.7V to 30V. The flexibility of the design allows the chips to operate in most power supply configurations, including boost, flyback, inverting, and SEPIC. HY5171 utilize current mode architecture, which allows excellent load and line regulation, as well as a practical means for limiting current.
